Question: What does 10-free mean?
Answer: 10-free means that our polishes do not contain dibutyl phthalate, toluene, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, camphor, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, parabens, phthalates, and fragrances.
Question: How can I qualify for free shipping?
Answer: Shipping is automatically free for all orders in the US over $50.
Question: How do you apply & remove Gel Polish?
Answer:
Step 1. Clean & thoroughly dry nails, gently push back the cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface to remove shine.
Step 2. Vigorously shake the gel polish bottle, to help make the gel polish color balanced. (Important)
Step 3. Apply base coat first, which will make polish last longer, cure with UV lamp 2 minutes or LED lamp 60 seconds. (Necessary)
Step 4. Apply first thin layer of color gel directly, cure with UV lamp for 2 minutes or with LED lamp for 60 seconds.
Step 5. Apply second thin layer of color gel and then immediately cure with UV lamp for 2 minutes or with LED lamp for 60 seconds. Be sure to use thin layers when working with gel polish.
Step 6. Apply top coat, cured by UV lamp 2 minutes or LED lamp 60 seconds.
How to remove gel nail polish?
Step 1. File off the top coat gently.
Step 2. Soak cotton pad with acetone, then wrap around each nail tightly with tin foil, and leave it for around 10-15 mins.
Step 3. Product will start to become soft and you can gently file it away or slide it off using a small wooden stick.
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we ship worldwide. DHL express shipping rates will be automatically calculated and added to the total at checkout.
Question: How long does shipping take?
Answer: All orders are processed in the order they arrive, within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification once your order ships, tracking information will be included.
Question: Can I return my polish if I’m not satisfied?
Answer: Unfortunately due to the nature of nail polish and cosmetics (for sanitary and safety concerns) we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Question: My nail polish arrived broken, what can I do?
Answer: Email a photo of the broken item to info@9thandmaxwell.com, or text (833) 206-1600, include name, order number and address and we will ship out a replacement free of charge.
